Brief description of study

The purpose of this research study is to provide insight into whether remote aerobic exercise training interventions are just as if not more feasible and effective than traditional in-person training methods in terms of improving physical activity levels, exercise capacity, and cardiovascular health in relatively inactive but otherwise healthy adults with at least one significant cardiovascular risk factor.
