A Randomized Open-Label Multicenter Phase 3 Trial of Domvanalimab Zimberelimab and Chemotherapy Versus Nivolumab and Chemotherapy in Participants with Previously-Untreated Locally Advanced Unresectable or Metastatic Gastric Gastroesophageal Junction and Esophageal Adenocarcinoma

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions:
    Untreated Locally Advanced Unresectable Or Metastatic Gastric, Gastroesophageal Junction, And Esophageal Adenocarcinoma,covid-19
  • Age: Between 18 years - 100 years
  • Gender: Male or Female
  • Other Inclusion Criteria:
    In order to participate in this study the following criteria must be met:
    1. Histologically confirmed diagnosis of locally advanced unresectable or metastatic gastric, GEJ, or esophageal adenocarcinoma.
    2. Able to provide an archival tumor sample that is representative of the cancer under investigation and suitable for central PD-L1 testing; if not, a new biopsy of a representative tumor lesion not previously irradiated (tumors progressing in a prior site of radiation may be considered after Sponsor consultation) must be obtained.
    3. Female participants must not be breastfeeding at the time of providing informed consent and throughout the study.

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

  • You will not be able to participate in this study if you have had:
    1. Known HER-2-positive tumor.
    2. Known untreated, symptomatic, or actively progressing central nervous system (CNS) (brain) metastases. Participants with leptomeningeal metastases are excluded from enrollment. Note: Participants with treated brain metastases who are clinically stable and do not require steroid therapy for at least 14 days prior to the first dose of study intervention will not be excluded.
    3. Received prior systemic treatment for locally advanced unresectable or metastatic gastric, GEJ, or esophageal adenocarcinoma.
